Cancellation of the service or postponement of the date and time of the service
The consumer's right to terminate the service agreement is regulated by Article 32 of the Russian Federal Law "On Consumer Rights Protection".
• The Customer has the right to cancel the service no later than 5 hours before the provision of this service;
• The refund is made after writing the request eb@protalentlab.com with a description of the reason for the cancellation;
• Refund when paying with a bank card is made to the bank card from which the payment was made. The return period is from 1 to 30 working days.
The Client has the right to postpone the date and time of the provision of the service by notifying this in advance no later than 3 hours before the provision of this service. The transfer of the service is possible no more than twice in a calendar month.
