Junior Lawyer (Corporate Law / M&A) – Investment Company
We are looking for a Junior Lawyer to join our investment company. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in corporate law and M&A transactions gained at a consulting firm, investment company, or international law firm. Candidates should demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of corporate procedures, due diligence, and deal structuring, along with a strong desire to grow within a fast-paced professional environment.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and corporate documents (charters, resolutions, minutes)
- Providing legal support for M&A transactions (due diligence, structuring, documentation)
- Assisting senior lawyers on various projects
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience at a consulting firm, international law firm, holding company, or investment company
- Knowledge of corporate law and M&A transactions (basic practical experience)
- Law degree from a top-tier university (MSU, Kutafin University, HSE, etc.)
- Strong document drafting and risk assessment skills
- Attention to detail, diligence, and willingness to learn quickly
Work format: Full-time, office in Moscow
