Transaction and Litigation Oversight:
Participate in M&A deals and credit transaction structuring.
Lead legal work in litigation and dispute resolution.
Collaboration with Advisors:
Extensive experience working with external consultants to achieve business objectives.
Requirements: Professional Background:
Experience in both in-house legal roles and consulting.
Practical experience in high-profile transactions and corporate advisory.
Proven expertise in managing legal risks for major companies.
Educational Qualifications:
Law degree required.
Western legal education is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
Strong expertise in M&A transactions and credit deal structuring.
Experience working with holdings, banks, and payment instruments.
