Responsibilities:

  • Implement strategies to enhance organizational and asset management efficiency.
  • Risk Management:
  • Identify and minimize risks in transactions and asset structures.
  • Create strategies to reduce exposure in M&A and asset portfolios.
  • Investment and Trust Expertise:
  • Navigate closed-end mutual funds and trust operations.
  • Advise on structuring and managing investment vehicles.
  • Transaction and Litigation Oversight:
  • Participate in M&A deals and credit transaction structuring.
  • Lead legal work in litigation and dispute resolution.
  • Collaboration with Advisors:
  • Extensive experience working with external consultants to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:
Professional Background:
  • Experience in both in-house legal roles and consulting.
  • Practical experience in high-profile transactions and corporate advisory.
  • Proven expertise in managing legal risks for major companies.
Educational Qualifications:
  • Law degree required.
  • Western legal education is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
  • Strong expertise in M&A transactions and credit deal structuring.
  • Experience working with holdings, banks, and payment instruments.
  • Solid knowledge of compliance with international regulations and restrictive measures.
