Financial Analyst, Operations / Venture Capital Fund


  • Budgeting: preparation of CF budget in automated reporting system;
  • Monthly budget-actual reporting and analyses;
  • Preparation of various management reports;
  • Quarterly forecasting in automated reporting system;
  • Participation in reporting automation projects;
  • Reconciliation of accounting and management reporting of quarterly basis;
  • Review of management FS (BS,PL) prepared in automated reporting system, preparation of adjustments if required.

Management reporting
  • Financial modelling&forecasting, keeping financial model up to date, preparation of financial models and budget for various projects;
  • Participation in automation of management and financial reporting;
  • Keeping up to date cost allocation policy, preparation of various management reports in XL;
  • Preparation & compilation of materials for BoD;
  • ST cash flow projection, planning of payments schedule;
  • Portfolio companies (PC) reporting;
  • Keeping up to date basic metrics in automated cloud solution;
  • Collection and analyses on quarterly basis of portfolio companies FS and other metrics;
  • Communication with PC, identification of problematic areas in internal controls and reporting.

Investors reporting
  • Preparation and sending of monthly reports for LPs;
  • Coordination of portfolio companies valuation models preparation in accordance with approved methodology, communication with Investors and auditors with this regard.

Participation in DD projects
  • Coordination of outsources, participation in selection process;
  • Participation in set up, review and assessment of scope of works performed;
  • Review and analyses of DD reports, drawing attention to the main risks.
Other (compliance, regulations)
  • Regulatory & compliance issues: participation in development & implementation of internal control procedures, regulations &policies;
  • Participation in administration of annual performance evaluation process;
  • Participation in annual KPI setting and performance assessment process, HR issues, related with annual personnel evaluation ptocess;
  • Other operating tasks upon request.

  • Higher Education in economics/Finance
  • Big 4 (audit) - minimum 2-3 years experience
  • ACCA in progress
  • Advanced user of XL, Power Point
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Attentiveness to details, accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
