Assistant of the Legal Department in the Investment Bank
Responsibilities:
Maintaining registers of documents of the legal department, including regular updates of information;
Approval of documents;
Processing tasks for the legal department;
Preparation, collection and provision of copies of documents;
Processing invoices;
Preparation of documents for signing;
Processing of correspondence;
Technical work in various programs (Word, Excel, PDF, Visio, etc.)
Maintaining calendars and contact databases of lawyers, coordinating meetings and calls of lawyers;
Assistance to lawyers on various issues;
Sending documents to the archive;
Translation of legal documents from English and into English, organization of translations through translation companies.
Requirements:
Higher linguistic education will be an advantage;
Fluent English;
Attention to detail;
Communication skills;
Working in multitasking mode;
A confident PC user.
