A leading financial institution in the CIS region is seeking a Chief Growth & Transformation Officer to lead the next stage of its strategic evolution.
This executive role combines strategy, business growth, transformation, customer experience, AI-driven process optimization, and innovation under one leadership mandate.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define and drive the bank’s long-term strategic agenda
• Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and strategic programs
• Identify and launch new growth opportunities, partnerships, and business models
• Build and manage the transformation portfolio and governance framework
• Drive operational excellence through process redesign and AI adoption
• Elevate customer experience across all key customer journeys
• Partner with business and technology teams to accelerate innovation
• Establish performance metrics and monitor strategic KPIs

Ideal Profile:
• 10+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, consulting, banking, fintech, or digital business leadership
• Strong track record of leading large-scale business transformation
• Experience working across strategy, operations, customer experience, and growth initiatives
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change in complex organizations
• Entrepreneurial mindset combined with strong execution capabilities
• Experience in financial services, fintech, consulting, or technology-driven organizations is highly desirable
