Deputy Financial Director - Financial Controller

Responsibilities:
• Management accounting (including reducing closing deadlines), preparation of reports on settlements with shareholders.
• Coordination of teams/projects in Russia.
• Monitoring the fulfillment of obligations to external creditors/counterparties.
• Budgeting, planning, and forecasting (payment calendar, balance sheet forecast, profit and loss statement, etc.).
• Participation in deal structuring, preparation of summaries, calculation/analytical tables.
• Participation in automation projects (1C, BI).
• Other departmental tasks.
Requirements:
• Higher education in accounting, analysis, or auditing.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Financial Controller/Deputy CFO, preferably in holdings, management companies, or family offices.
• Professional certification such as ACCA/CIMA/CFA (preferably full) or MBA, regular professional development.
• Fluent English.
• Advanced Excel and presentation skills. Knowledge of BI software is a plus.
