Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies tailored to the venture capital landscape, with the aim of attracting new investors and diversifying the investor portfolio
Foster and nurture strong connections with current and potential institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals seeking venture capital and alternative investment opportunities
Expand partnerships with diverse placement agents, including top-tier institutional placement firms, specialized industry experts, and a private network of agents
Collaborate closely with the investment team to synchronize fundraising endeavors, craft fundraising materials, and streamline the onboarding process
Conduct extensive market research and analysis to pinpoint potential fundraising prospects
Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
At least 8 years of experience in fundraising for venture capital or private equity, private banking, investor relations, or related fields, primarily focused on technology private investments
Successful track record of securing funds from global investors, family offices, private individuals, and institutional investors, with experience raising $200 million or more
Demonstrated ability to manage investor relationships, possessing an existing network of potential investors across Europe, Asia, and Emerging Markets
Exceptional skills in communication, negotiation, and building relationships
Proven leadership in directing fundraising initiatives
Capable of working autonomously
