The candidate’s profile:

To have at least 5 years of experience in Institutional Equities Sales and Trading in Russian Stocks and 10 years in brokerage or IB
Have a client portfolio and strong references
To be able to execute or cross client orders / act as an execution trader

The duties would be:

Receive and execute client orders
Send flows to Institutional clients and HNWI network
Promote and drive the cross sell: Market Making, Block Trading in Equities , Fixed Income
Identify the area of growth and expand the client list
Arrange group events between clients and analysts or clients and corporates
