Main responsibilities:

Origination of new investment opportunities (IT, high-tech industry)
Lead of transactions (buy- / sell-side): sourcing, negotiations, due diligence, documentation, and deal structuring
Corporate governance incl. advising on strategic business decisions, key management selection & motivation, co-investor relations/ key partners
Working with portfolio companies on strategy development, capital raises, credit financings, and M&A
Management work of junior team members

University degree
CFA and/or other additional relevant certificated and courses would be a plus
7-10+ years of experience in PE, top IB, BIG4 valuation/consulting, BIG3 (consulting), family offices
Successful track record of participated/closed buy- /sell-side deals
Fluent English
Strong negotiating skills, proactive & result-driven approach
