A global financial group is building one of the strongest Wealth Management & Family Office practices in its market and is seeking a senior leader who combines strategic capabilities with active client acquisition and advisory — a true player–coach who sets the standard for the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and scale the Wealth / Private Banking division; build, mentor and develop a high-performing team of Relationship Managers.
  • Actively grow a personal portfolio: originate, acquire and manage HNWI/UHNWI clients, driving significant AUM growth.
  • Design and oversee comprehensive wealth solutions: investments, alternatives, private markets, structuring, succession and legacy planning, real estate oversight, concierge and lifestyle services.
  • Establish world-class client experience standards, operational excellence and strong governance across the franchise.
  • Represent the firm internationally, strengthen the brand with HNWI/UHNWI circles and build strategic partnerships.

Candidate Profile
  • 12–15+ years in top-tier Private Banking / Wealth Management, including leadership responsibility.
  • Established and portable personal client book, with a strong record of attracting substantial AUM from HNWI/UHNWI clients.
  • Deep expertise in multi-jurisdictional advisory, complex wealth structuring, family governance and intergenerational planning.
  • Inspirational leadership, strategic vision, excellent stakeholder management and impeccable professional reputation.
  • Fluent English; international exposure and experience with global families are strong advantages.
