Our client — a leading investment company — is looking for an Associate to join its Moscow-based team. This role is designed for a highly motivated professional with proven experience in deal execution and portfolio management.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional analytical skills who can drive value creation from the evaluation of opportunities through to active portfolio engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Deal Execution & Transaction Management
• Play a critical role in transaction processes from origination to closing
• Contribute to negotiating deal terms and preparing transaction documentation
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence on target companies

Investment Analysis & Portfolio Support
• Perform detailed financial modeling, valuation analysis, and scenario planning
• Work closely with portfolio companies to enhance performance through operational improvements
• Assist in structuring and preparing for exits, including IPOs and secondary transactions

Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field
• 3+ years of experience in private equity, venture capital, investment banking or corporate finance
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Russian and English
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
