Senior Legal Counsel (IT, Tech industry) – Reporting to Head of Legal

A fast-growing international tech company is looking for an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support for business operations. The role covers contract law, corporate and commercial law, international transactions, internal regulations development, LegalTech implementation, and legal process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
– Full legal support for IT/Tech business operations, including contractual, corporate, and regulatory matters
– Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and international contracts(services, procurement, development & transfer of IP, agency agreements)
– Participating in negotiations with counterparties during deal structuring
– Developing and implementing internal policies, compliance standards, and contract templates following Legal Design principles
– Monitoring legal changes, preparing legal opinions, and advising on civil, labor, administrative, and procedural law
– Legal support for data protection, employment law, and compliance
– Implementation of LegalTech solutionsand automation of legal processes
– Building legal processes from scratch, including standard templates, corporate approvals, licensing agreements, and IP transfer contracts
Ideal Candidate Profile:
– 5+ years of legal experience in IT companies, international holdings, or legal consulting
– Strong knowledge of civil law and legal practice, with hands-on experience in project support
– Proven track record in contract drafting and negotiation, including cross-border transactions
– Expertise in intellectual property law, including licensing and IP transfer agreements
– Experience in structuring and setting up legal processes, internal policies, and document templates
– Fluent English for business communication, contract review, and negotiations
