Organizing and developing the Investment Products Sales department from scratch (attracting private capital)
Managing work of sales team members (up to 4 employees in different countries - Dubai and Moscow)
Creating sales and customer service models for investment products
Managing sales process of investment products: planning, forecasting, analyzing, ensuring sales plan execution
Business processes creation and description, operational support of investment products
Achievement of fundraising targets
Finding and attracting clients from HNWI segments
Building sales and launching new products on the market
Developing agency sales of investment products and services
Developing a uniform clients work strategy
Organizing clients’ events
Main requirements: • Bachelor / master’s degree in finance, business administration or economics etc. • At least 5-7 years of relevant sales work experience in the Financial and Investment Sector: Private banking, Retail brokers, and investment companies • At least 3 years of management experience • Experience in attracting investors with a check more than 100k USD in investment products • Successful experience of organizing sales of investment products in investment / brokerage companies • Fluent in both English and Russian
