  • Develop company’s IR & PR strategy
  • Build effective communications with investment community
  • Leading company’s capital markets initiatives, including ECM and DCM related transactions
  • Present the company on investor conferences, roadshows and site visits
  • Support local equity and debt listings
  • Manage sensitive issues to maintain company’s good reputation
  • Developing PR strategies and campaigns
  • Preparing press releases, keynote speeches and promotional material
  • Building positive relationships with stakeholders, media and the public
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with media and influential professionals
  • Arrange interviews and press releases to promote our company and its products/services
  • Ensure brand consistency in all advertising efforts
  • Organize PR events to increase awareness of our company
  • Report on PR campaigns’ results

Requirements
  • More then 5 years of experience within PR & IR industry
  • Experience managing media relations (online, broadcast and print)
  • Background in researching, writing and editing publications
  • Strong communication ability (oral and written)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Creativity and problem-solving aptitude
  • BSc/BA in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications or a related field
  • Advanced oral & written English
  • Deep understanding of financial reporting and corporate finance & valuation
