Investment Manager / Associate

We are looking for an Investment Manager / Associate to join a leading investment fund. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, deep expertise in financial modeling, and experience in deal structuring. This role requires a professional background in investment banking, PE/VC funds, or in-house M&A, management consulting with a proven ability to conduct due diligence, develop investment strategies, and collaborate with partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • In-depth financial analysis of companies and investment projects
  • Development of investment strategies and risk assessment
  • Conducting due diligence and deal structuring
  • Preparation of investment memoranda and presentations
  • Interaction with partners, consultants, and external investors
  • Monitoring ongoing investments and analyzing market trends
  • Asset management skills
  • Ability to review and draft legal documents

Requirements:
  • Degree from a top-tier Russian or international university (finance, economics, investments)
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in IB, PE&VC, in-house M&A, management consulting (Big 3), consulting (Big 4)
  • Experience in deal structuring (legal, financial, and tax aspects)
  • Hands-on experience in business valuation and investment analysis
  • Strong analytical skills and financial modeling expertise
  • Proficiency in working with DCF, LBO, and valuation multiples
  • Critical thinking, attention to detail
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results
  • Fluent English proficiency
  • ⁠CFA will be a plus
