Responsibilities:
• Creation, development and management of a large software development project for the control of warehouse employees
• Develop structured knowledge before product technical development and launch
• Developing strategies to improve the product
• Generating and testing hypotheses to implement the most successful ones
• Perform acceptance testing for user stories and features
• Develop feature/user story maps and feature delivery plans
• Interaction and setting technical tasks for DevOps
• Document deliverables in appropriate requirements, flows, design and architecture materials
• Collaborates with other teams to prioritize features and stories with external dependencies
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Product Manager within B2B, B2C SaaS oriented product companies
• Solid working knowledge of 1С and ERP systems
• MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
• Technical understanding of products, and up-to-date on industry standards and best practices
• Experience managing end-to-end software product development and releases
• Strong practical and theoretical understanding of product management frameworks
• Russian: Native or Fluent; English: Upper-Intermediate; Basic knowledge of German
