We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified Executive Assistant to support the shareholder of a major company. This role requires working in direct contact with the principal, ensuring a high level of trust and confidentiality, and providing seamless support across both business and personal matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Full administrative and organizational support to the shareholder: calendar management, meetings, business travel, and communications.
Liaison with senior executives, partners, external advisors, government representatives, and other high-profile stakeholders.
Coordination of personal and family matters, including private travel, events, and lifestyle management.
Oversight of task execution, information structuring, and interaction with key service providers.
Ensuring the highest standard of service in all aspects of the shareholder’s business and personal life.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to shareholders, principals, or C-level executives.
Strong track record in managing complex international travel and high-level event coordination.
Fluent English (both written and spoken); an additional foreign language would be an advantage.
University degree, preferably in management, international relations, linguistics, or a related discipline.
Broad cultural awareness, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to communicate confidently with senior stakeholders.
