PROTALENT LAB is conducting a search for an experienced Treasury & Banking Manager to join a private investment office overseeing diversified assets and international financial operations.
We are looking for a hands-on finance professional with a strong understanding of Russian and international banking systems, proven treasury expertise, and the ability to independently manage complex financial and banking matters.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of treasury operations within a lean, highly professional team, combining day-to-day financial management with challenging cross-border banking and liquidity projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Banking Infrastructure: Open and manage bank accounts, maintain relationships with Russian and international financial institutions, and develop effective banking and payment solutions.
• Treasury Operations: Manage daily payments, account balances, cash positions, and financial obligations.
• Liquidity & Cash Flow Management: Monitor and forecast cash flows, ensure adequate liquidity, and anticipate funding requirements.
• Budgeting & Financial Reporting: Prepare budgets, monitor expenditures, perform budget-versus-actual analysis, and deliver management reports.
• Financial Control: Oversee operational and project-related payments, ensuring compliance with approved budgets and limits.
• Banking Compliance: Coordinate KYC procedures, monitor foreign exchange regulations, and manage banking-related operational risks.
• External Advisor Coordination: Work closely with banks, legal, tax, and financial advisors to execute complex financial transactions and projects.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience in Family Offices, Private Banking, Wealth Management, Treasury, or investment and holding companies.
• Proven hands-on experience in opening and managing bank accounts, including international banking relationships.
• Strong knowledge of treasury operations, liquidity management, cash flow planning, and financial reporting.
• Understanding of international payments, banking compliance, KYC requirements, and foreign exchange regulations.
• Ability to independently manage financial processes and resolve non-standard banking matters.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and a high level of personal accountability.
• Comfortable working in a lean team with significant autonomy and direct responsibility for execution.
