Responsibilities:

Conducting a full cycle of project development in the role of a technical leader (PHP8, MySQL (switching to PostgreSQL in the work));
Management of a team of specialists of different specialization (15 people);
Distribution of tasks in the team, building effective communications with related and cross-functional departments and higher management;
Formation of approaches to development;
Participation in the design of products created from scratch and the development of existing ones for the implementation of internal projects of the company;
Tracking the closing of tasks on time;
Writing high-quality code and unit tests;
Conducting a code review;
Team development: recruitment planning, interviewing candidates, immersion in the processes and projects of newcomers.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in a similar position Team Lead;
Confident knowledge of PHP7/8;
Experience in managing a team of at least 7 people;
Higher technical education;
Deep knowledge of Linux;
Experience working with SQL, ability to make complex queries, understanding the work of indexes;
Experience in conducting code reviews, mentoring;
Ability to make decisions and take responsibility;
Analytical skills and critical thinking;
Delegation skills;
Time management.
