Main responsibilities:
• Origination of new investment opportunities
• Lead of transactions (buy- / sell-side): sourcing, negotiations, due diligence, documentation, and deal structuring
• Corporate governance incl. advising on strategic business decisions, key management selection & motivation, co-investor relations/ key partners
• Working with portfolio companies on strategy development, capital raises, credit financings, and M&A
• Management work of junior team members
Main requirements:
• University degree
• CFA and/or other additional relevant certificated and courses would be a plus
• 8-10+ years of relevant experience in PE, top IB, BIG3 (consulting), family offices
• Successful track record of participated/closed buy- /sell-side deals
• Fluent English
• Strong negotiating skills, proactive & result-driven approach
