Financial Reporting Preparation and Analysis: Prepare consolidated financial statements under IFRS on a regular basis, along with additional analytical reports for management purposes (cash flow control, working capital calculations, net debt, profitability, etc.).
Annual Audit Coordination: Collaborate with Big4 auditors, coordinate accounting teams, and gather and provide necessary documentation, breakdowns, and explanations.
Automation and Optimization: Participate in automating accounting processes within 1C ERP, 1C Accounting, and Excel systems; contribute to implementing and refining a unified methodology for both accounting and tax reporting.
Subsidiary Coordination: Work closely with subsidiary accounting teams, analyze RAS data, and transform it into IFRS reports; verify values for accuracy and ensure alignment between standards.
Methodological Support: Develop and implement accounting policies, regulations, methodologies, and instructions for effective financial and management reporting.
Candidate Requirements:
Professional Experience and IFRS Knowledge: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in IFRS parallel accounting, reporting transformation, and consulting, with a solid understanding of standards and regulations. Relevant certifications are a plus.
Experience Working with Big4: Audit experience, particularly with Big Four firms in financial institutions or consulting, is highly valued.
Strong Accounting Knowledge: Expertise in RAS, accounting methodologies, and automated accounting systems (1C/SAP/Oracle). Experience in implementing accounting systems and methodology improvements is preferred.
Analytical Mindset and Attention to Detail: High level of responsibility, ability to assess and mitigate risks, and a creative approach to optimizing reporting.
