We are seeking an accomplished financial markets professional for a senior leadership role within an international Wealth Management & Private Banking business. This is a strategic, hands-on opportunity focused on developing financial markets infrastructure, expanding investment capabilities, and transforming business opportunities into executable investment solutions.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial professional with deep financial markets expertise, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to drive complex initiatives from concept to execution.
This is not a traditional sales or client acquisition role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify market opportunities and develop the financial infrastructure required to support them.
• Establish relationships with banks, brokers, custodians, liquidity providers, and other financial counterparties.
• Develop solutions for market access, brokerage operations, custody, settlement, and investment execution.
• Translate business opportunities into actionable product and infrastructure requirements.
• Work closely with Investment, Trading, Product, Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams to launch new investment solutions.
• Support the development of money market products, discretionary portfolio management, structured products, private credit, and alternative investments.
• Lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation.

Candidate Profile:

• Senior-level experience in Global Markets, Brokerage, Trading Infrastructure, Securities Services, Investment Banking, or Investment Platform Development.
• Deep understanding of financial markets infrastructure, including execution, custody, clearing, settlement, and counterparty relationships.
• Proven experience developing brokerage capabilities, market access, investment products, or financial infrastructure.
• Ability to structure business solutions, coordinate stakeholders, and translate business requirements into product development.
• Strong strategic thinking, commercial judgment, entrepreneurial mindset, and hands-on execution skills.
• International financial markets experience; exposure to Wealth Management or Private Banking is a strong advantage.
• Fluent English and Russian required.
