Our client is an international investment company specializing in private capital management and investment advisory services. Due to the expansion of its investment platform, the company is looking for an Head of Research who will be responsible for preparing investment research, engaging with clients, and representing the company’s investment expertise publicly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Producing cross-asset research content covering macroeconomics, FX/rates, fixed income and equities across the broader CIS region and international markets. Formats range from short comments and social media posts to major publications, such as quarterly outlooks on global markets.
• Handling ad hoc client requests, including deep dives into individual securities or sectors, analyses of client portfolios, and building tailored models.
• Working with local and international media to promote the Company’s expertise and brand; representing the Company at conferences and public events; authoring materials for media outlets and giving expert interviews.
• Working closely with Relationship Managers and clients to articulate the Company’s investment views and products, understand client needs, and channel feedback into product development.

Requirements:
• A finance or economics degree
• 8+ years in investment research or buy-side/wealth management, with strong experience preparing analytical materials and public speaking
• Deep knowledge of regional and global financial markets, practices and regulations, and a sound understanding of wealth management products
• CFA is a plus
• Outstanding communication skills: interpersonal, public speaking, and writing (ENG / RUS)
• Client and business focus; ability to handle pressure and prioritize multiple overlapping requests
• Proficiency with Bloomberg and/or FactSet
