Your Mission: To cultivate and steward long-term, trusted partnerships with a select group of UHNW clients. You will act as their strategic ally and primary point of contact, deeply integrating yourself into their financial ecosystem to architect holistic wealth solutions that extend beyond investments to encompass legacy and lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop & Deepen UHNW Relationships: Proactively manage and expand a substantial existing book of UHNW client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and family office liaison.
Comprehensive Wealth Discovery: Systematically gather and analyze complex client data—including business interests, real estate, and alternative holdings—to assess risk, diversification, and strategic opportunities.
Design Tailored Strategies: Lead the creation of sophisticated, customized investment strategies aligned with intricate client goals, regulatory frameworks, and market dynamics.
Coordinate Holistic Planning: Spearhead the integration of investment strategies with sophisticated tax and estate planning initiatives, leveraging our network of legal experts.
Deliver Elite Client Communication: Prepare and present high-impact reports, investment proposals, and market analyses that meet the highest standards of clarity and insight.
What You Bring:
A minimum of 7-10 years of proven success in Private Banking or Wealth Management serving UHNW clients.
A substantial and transferable portfolio of UHNW client relationships under management.
Deep expertise in capital markets, structured products, private equity, and real estate investments.
Strong working knowledge of cross-border tax, trust, and estate planning concepts.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with impeccable ethics and discretion.
Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in an additional international language is a significant advantage.
A degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. Relevant certifications (CFA, CAIA, CFP) are highly valued.
