Our client is a dynamic and forward-thinking global venture capital firm specializing in technology investments in the USA, Europe, Asia, and Emerging Markets. The VC fund is dedicated to supporting innovative startups and driving growth in the tech industry. Our team is composed of industry experts, and we're looking for a Partner to join our ranks and lead our fundraising efforts.

As a Partner, you will play a key role in the fund, focusing on fundraising initiatives. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with investors, institutions, and high-net-worth individuals to secure funds.

Main responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy
  • Build and nurture relationships with investors, family offices, institutions, HNWI, and UHNWI
  • Present investment opportunities and articulate the fund's value proposition to potential investors
  • Collaborate with the executive team to create compelling investment materials and presentations
  • Monitor and manage investor relations, providing regular updates and reports.
  • Engage with portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance, mentorship, and support to help them grow and succeed.
  • In cooperation with the fund partners contribute to the development of the firm's investment strategy, including identifying emerging trends and sectors with high growth potential
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics

  Main requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven track record in fundraising for venture capital or private equity funds, private banking, investor relations, or related fields, primarily focused on technology private investments
  • Bulge bracket investment experience would be an advantage (Wealth Management, Private Banking, Alternative Asset Management etc.).
  • Ability to manage investor relationships, possessing an existing network of potential investors across Europe, Asia, and Emerging Markets
  • Extensive network of investors and potential funding
