We are looking for an experienced and ambitious lawyer ready to build a legal infrastructure from scratch for an innovative technology company that develops products and solutions for the B2B market. The rapid growth of the company requires the establishment of a reliable legal system and support for all international operations.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Legal Support and Corporate Governance:

Supporting the company’s international expansion and establishing corporate structures abroad.
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with partners, including export agreements.
Managing legal aspects of sales and cross-border transactions.

Legal Operations:

Optimizing legal workflows and automating document management processes.
Implementing systems to monitor deadlines, compliance, and procedural control.
Managing internal standards and mitigating legal risks.

International Law and Export:

Supporting export contracts and international business agreements.
Structuring and managing cross-border investments.

General Legal Support:

Providing legal advice to senior management on strategic business decisions.
Coordinating with external legal advisors.

Key Requirements:

10+ years of legal experience, preferably in IT, technology, telecom, or export-driven companies.
Deep knowledge of corporate law, international commercial law, and legal operations.

Skills:

Building processes from scratch.
Strong negotiation and analytical capabilities.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-oriented approach.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Adaptability to change in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
Willingness to handle both strategic and hands-on tasks.
Positive attitude, proactivity, and a good sense of humor.
