Senior Investment Analyst/Junior Associate, PE Fund

Our client, a private equity fund, is seeking to add an experienced and motivated PE Professional to join the investment team.
Responsibilities:
• Day-to-day analysis of current or potential new PE deals
• Primarily responsible for screening investment opportunities and extensive financial modeling (particularly DCFs and LBOs) including sensitivity analysis to evaluate potential opportunities and provide preliminary investment review based on financial and strategic considerations
• Coordinate commercial, financial and legal due diligence sessions including preparation of materials in conjunction with external consultants.
• Manage the documentation process including drafting investment committee memoranda and recommendations.
• Contribute to the investment origination process in addition to curating new investment themes.
Requirements:
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics. CFA designation is a plus.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in investment banking (M&A), private equity, corporate finance.
• Profound knowledge of financial markets, financial statement analysis, corporate finance, and valuation techniques.
• Demonstrates initiative, a strong work ethic, and a high level of professional maturity.
• Fluency in English.
