Work cross-functionally to identify, assess, and manage existing and emerging compliance issues and risks in international launch countries
Coordinate development, revision, and enforcement for global compliance policies and procedures in international launches
Ensure that localized policies and procedures are consistent with the global handbook
Conduct analysis of various compliance-related risks applicable to a multinational publicly traded company (including sanctions, anti-corruption, and others) in international launch locations
Liaise with external counsel for compliance-related advice, coordinate and supervise external advisors in the various jurisdictions the company operates in
Prepare and update checklists and reports for international launches and adaptations
Assist the global investigation team with international launch cases
Review the company’s various activities (sponsorships, donations, entering into non-profit organizations, gifts, and hospitality requests) to ensure that internal policies are in compliance with applicable laws
Act as the first point of contact for international expansion business teams in case of compliance-related questions
Develop and implement compliance training programs
Main requirements:
Law degree or equivalent
Legal qualification
5+ years of compliance experience with a law firm or in-house
Fluent English
Experience in ecommerce, FoodTech, HighTech, IT, FMCG, retail, pharma sector
Good communication and presentation skills, flexible thinking, ability to work independently and as a member of a team
