- Origination of new investment opportunities (fin-tech, food-tech, bio-tech, high-tech industry etc.)
- Lead of transactions (buy- / sell-side): sourcing, negotiations, due diligence, documentation, and deal structuring
- Post-acquisition portfolio management (strategy development, capital raises, credit financings, and M&A)
- Working with co-investors and joint venture partners to drive growth and create value in portfolio companies
- Management work of junior team members
Main requirements:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or economics; CFA is a plus
- 5+ years of transaction experience on the sell-side or buy-side in investment banking, venture capital or private equity in Europe
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic will be an advantage
- Ability to take responsibility and demonstrate proactive approach
- Strong communication and presentation skills
