Head of Dubai Office, International Private Equity Fund


Main responsibilities:
  • Setting-up office from scratch: strategy development, robust administrative policies, procedures, controls, effective KPIs, staff hire
  • Setting-up company framework and develop the governance framework.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong professional relationships with investors, custodians, counterparty brokers, banks, auditors, accountants and other service providers.
  • Overusing and managing all aspects of the business such as Legal, Tax, risk management, Accounting, HR, and Operations.
  • Providing operational support and closing services on multiple private equity transactions, including processing share purchase agreements and share transfers, communicating with banks, legal and financial advisors, etc.
  • Building up, implementing and monitoring operational and P&L control systems. Drive budgeting and forecasting processes. 
  • Managing employees.

Main requirements:
  • University degree in Finance/Legal/ Management or related field
  • 5-7 + years of local experience in the Operations / Finance/ Legal / Risk Management
  • Understanding of local laws and regulations
  • Strong relations with local banks, law firms, financial advisers, government agencies
  • Fluent English
  • High motivated, ambitious; team player, results-oriented
