Setting-up office from scratch: strategy development, robust administrative policies, procedures, controls, effective KPIs, staff hire
Setting-up company framework and develop the governance framework.
Establishing and maintaining strong professional relationships with investors, custodians, counterparty brokers, banks, auditors, accountants and other service providers.
Overusing and managing all aspects of the business such as Legal, Tax, risk management, Accounting, HR, and Operations.
Providing operational support and closing services on multiple private equity transactions, including processing share purchase agreements and share transfers, communicating with banks, legal and financial advisors, etc.
Building up, implementing and monitoring operational and P&L control systems. Drive budgeting and forecasting processes.
Managing employees.
Main requirements:
University degree in Finance/Legal/ Management or related field
5-7 + years of local experience in the Operations / Finance/ Legal / Risk Management
Understanding of local laws and regulations
Strong relations with local banks, law firms, financial advisers, government agencies
Fluent English
High motivated, ambitious; team player, results-oriented
