Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive M&A strategy that aligns with the company’s growth objectives and technological ambitions.
  • Lead all aspects of the M&A process, from sourcing, evaluation, and due diligence to negotiation, closing, and integration of acquisitions.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify strategic acquisition targets and investment opportunities that enhance the company’s market position and product offerings.
  • Oversee a high-performing M&A team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure excellence in execution and integration.
  • Foster strong relationships with external partners, investment banks, and industry experts to build a robust pipeline of acquisition opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis and financial modeling to evaluate potential deals and their impact on the company’s financial health and strategic direction.
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the M&A process, securing buy-in and alignment across all levels of the organization.

Requirements:
  • A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • A proven track record of successful M&A transactions, within the technology sector, with a minimum of 10 years in a leadership role in corporate development, investment banking, private equity.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a team of professionals towards achieving strategic objectives.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills, with a deep understanding of valuation methodologies and financial modeling.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture, identify synergies, and integrate acquisitions seamlessly into the company’s ecosystem.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
