Responsibilities: As a Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Establish effective working relationships directly with clients
Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
Continue to develop internal relationships
Education, experience and skills requirements:
Higher education
5+ years work experience in business valuation projects / strategy projects / business plan development projects / strategic marketing;
Ongoing participation in and / or completion of one of the following professional qualifications is an advantage: ASA, RICS, ACCA, RSV (Russian statutory valuation certificates - SMAO, ROO)
Preparation proposals, presentations, information MEMO
Practical working knowledge of MS Excel and the ability to structure and build complex financial models / business plans
Knowledge of general valuation principles and standards, specifically IFRS, IVS
Strong numerical & financial analytical skills and knowledge
Russian – native/fluent, English – Upper-Intermediate (both oral and written)
