5 years of proven relevant professional experience gained at ILFs and/or reputable Russian law firms, major investment banking service providers, private equity funds, family offices, investment banks and/or large industrial holdings;
excellent knowledge of Russian corporate and contract law;
keen understanding of common law jurisdictions and practices applied to M&A and PE transactions, debt financing and restructuring, corporate governance and administration;
good command of English, advanced knowledge of professional legal terminology;
understanding of fundamental M&A and PE concepts and processes, ability to structure relevant legal documentation: non-disclosure agreements, letters of intent, process letters, non-binding/binding offers, term sheets, sale and purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, licensing agreements;
excellent communication skills, ability to negotiate; strong analytical skills, attention to detail (both legal and business-related), ability to identify and mitigate legal risks.
