This includes drafting memorandums and liaising with judicial and regulatory bodies. Oversee and manage all aspects of these projects. - Develop comprehensive risk mitigation strategies for both the holding company and individual assets, implementing effective management measures. Streamline internal and external operations within this framework to optimize company structure.
Requirements: - Proven experience working with companies subject to U.S. and European sanctions. - Practical experience in the field since 2022 is essential. - A background in both in-house legal roles and consulting is preferred. - Demonstrated ability to devise solutions for optimizing structures and establishing new frameworks. - Experience collaborating with reputable companies and managing their public risk profiles. - Strong capability to manage risks in deal structures and assets, along with a track record of developing effective risk minimization strategies. - Significant experience in M&A transactions and structuring credit deals. - Extensive experience in liaising with consultants and managing legal proceedings. - A law degree is required; a Western legal education is a strong advantage. - In-depth knowledge of U.S. and European sanctions regulations is essential. - Current, relevant experience in this dynamic field is a must.
