Head of Sales/ Large company for complex equipment of sports facilities/ Vienna, Austria
Respond The company has been working in the field of equipping sports facilities for more than 20 years and specializes in the complex equipment of sports facilities of any level: from participation in the design of sports facilities to the supply of sports and technological equipment.
Responsibilities: • Building a sales system in Europe and the CIS • Development of sales and marketing strategy • Attracting new clients • Negotiating and building relationships with new clients • Optimization and improvement of sales and internal business processes • Launch and implementation of new projects aimed at developing the clients base and increasing profits • Achieve sales targets and profit margins • Market analysis and pricing • Reporting to the CEO
Requirements: • Bachelor / master’s degree, Western education will be an advantage. • At least 7 years of successful sales work experience • Excellent understanding of sales technology • Work experience in Sports tech, Health Tech, MedTech industries is preferred • Sales experience in Europe and CIS will be an advantage • Ability to build a B2B sales funnel • Knowledge of channels for attracting B2B clients • Native / Fluent Russian + English or German at C1 level. Knowledge of 2 languages (English & German) will be an advantage • Proactive, result-oriented, excellent communication skills
