Head of Sales/ Large company for complex equipment of sports facilities/ Vienna, Austria

The company has been working in the field of equipping sports facilities for more than 20 years and specializes in the complex equipment of sports facilities of any level: from participation in the design of sports facilities to the supply of sports and technological equipment.

Responsibilities:
• Building a sales system in Europe and the CIS
• Development of sales and marketing strategy
• Attracting new clients
• Negotiating and building relationships with new clients
• Optimization and improvement of sales and internal business processes
• Launch and implementation of new projects aimed at developing the clients base and increasing profits
• Achieve sales targets and profit margins
• Market analysis and pricing
• Reporting to the CEO

Requirements:
• Bachelor / master’s degree, Western education will be an advantage.
• At least 7 years of successful sales work experience
• Excellent understanding of sales technology
• Work experience in Sports tech, Health Tech, MedTech industries is preferred
• Sales experience in Europe and CIS will be an advantage
• Ability to build a B2B sales funnel
• Knowledge of channels for attracting B2B clients
• Native / Fluent Russian + English or German at C1 level. Knowledge of 2 languages (English & German) will be an advantage
• Proactive, result-oriented, excellent communication skills
