UAE Responsibilities:

Identifying and sourcing investment opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events
Conducting due diligence on potential investments, including market analysis, financial modelling, and competitive analysis
Supporting the investment decision-making process by preparing investment memos and presentations
Supporting portfolio companies by providing guidance, resources, and connections
Building and maintaining relationships with entrepreneurs, industry experts, and other stakeholders

Keeping abreast of industry trends, news and developments to inform investment decisions Requirements:

Bachelor or Masters degree in accounting, finance, business administration, economics or a related field; CFA is a plus
4-5 years of relevant work experience within Private Equity & Venture Capital · Local experience in the US will be an advantage
Industry focus: technology
Strong knowledge of markets, financial statements analysis, corporate finance and valuation techniques
Fluent in English
