Our client - leading marketplace startup in e-commerce, which lead by A-class team with great experience in building successful startups open a new role- Head of Marketing. We’re looking experienced marketing leader to develop the growth strategy for a portfolio of FMCG brands and drive the marketing agenda across US, Europe, and Asia. The right candidate should have a relevant marketing background in B2C with focus on brand management, creative production, social media management, and performance marketing. We also expect you to have strong leadership skills, and good knowledge of the US market and audience.

Responsibilities:
  • Taking ownership of the marketing strategy of FMCG brands portfolio with primary focus on e-commerce promotion and digital channels
  • Build the team of marketing professionals to cover US and EU markets
  • Monitor marketing trends and news to be in constant communication with customers
  • Leverage data analytics to optimize the customer journey and nurture leads from awareness to conversion
  • Engage with social media to support communications objectives
  • Launch internal creative production studio to produce the content for our customers
  • Champion lead management practices, systems, and guidelines to generate growth
  • Support strategic key markets with the agreed marketing and branding campaigns
  • Manage marketing agencies to ensure strong relationships, quality goods and services, and value for money
  • Manage regional marketing budget spend effectively
  • Maintain knowledge of the brand positioning, policies, and guidelines to ensure compliance throughout all materials (both internal and external)

Requirements:
  • BA or MS in marketing or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in the US market in strategic planning and/or account management with a focus on world-class execution
  • Knowledge of the EU/UK market is a huge advantage
  • People management experience with focus on international leadership
  • Strong expertise in e-commerce and digital marketing
  • Creative, collaborative thinker and natural storyteller with a passion for communicating and making complex topics simple
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and champion the use of content
  • Experienced in managing projects with many moving parts
  • Native or fluent English
