Investment Director / International Private Equity Fund

Main responsibilities:
  • Principal transactions: sourcing, negotiations, due diligence, documentation, and deal structuring
  • Financial analysis: budgets, business plans, financial models, market models, hedge instruments
  • Corporate governance incl. advising on strategic business decisions, key management selection & motivation, co-investor relations
  • Working with portfolio companies on capital raises, IPOs, private exits, credit financings, and M&A
  • Overseeing and coordinating work of junior team members
Main requirements:
  • Bachelor or Masters degree out of a leading local or international university who has majored either in Finance/Economics or sciences
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in corporate finance (IB or PE context)
  • Experience in closing transactions and deal negotiations
  • Outstanding analytical skills, detail-oriented, proactive and self-motivated
  • Experience in running junior teams
  • Capable to represent in external communications, including strong written and verbal communication skills
