Head of M&A / Leading Telecom Company Moscow

We are looking for an experienced executive with background in M&A & corporate development, private equity, or investment banking to work in M&A capacity at one of the leading telecom companies in Russia.
Main responsibilities:
• M&A: sourcing, negotiations, due diligence, valuation, documentation, and deal structuring
• Strategy: analysis of telecom market and mapping of potential targets, development of integration strategy of acquisition targets, synergies evaluation, preparation of presentation materials on transactions for BoD approval
• Support CEO and CFO on M&A deals and credit financings
• Managing work of junior team members
Main requirements:
• Bachelor or Master’s degree out of a leading local or international university who has majored either in Finance/Economics or sciences
• At least 8 years of experience in corporate finance (in -house M&A, IB or PE context)
• Experience in closing transactions and deal negotiations
• TMT industry experience
• Experience in running junior team
• Fluent English
• Proactive and self-motivated, outstanding analytical skills, detail-oriented
