M&A Manager / International E-Commerce Startup

Main responsibilities:

Driving the M&A pipeline, negotiating with sellers, and further development of acquired companies:
  • Source attractive investment opportunities in a collaboration with Business development team
  • Drive the entire negotiation process for the transactions under his/her responsibility
  • Overall coordination of the project team throughout the project lifecycle
  • Identification, selection and coordination of the external advisors
  • Coordination of all internal stakeholders throughout the project

Main requirements:

  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business from an accredited college/university; CFA and/or CPA is a plus
  • At least 6-7 years of relevant M&A experience with financial advisory firms, private equity/venture capital or investment/corporate banks
  • Fluent English (C2 level)
  • Have exceptional analytical, problem solving and presentation/report writing skills, combined with a good understanding of business dynamics and commercial value drivers
