Oversee the IR function, set the IR strategy and processes for effective communications with institutional shareholders and sell-side analysts
Manage and build the Company's relationships with institutional investors and sell-side analysts by providing clear, accurate and confident communications
Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to support the preparation of regular quarterly reports, conference calls, and investor presentations
Oversee and manage quarterly earnings releases and conference calls
Schedule and participate with senior management in industry and research analyst conferences as well as organize an annual analyst day for the financial community
Identify investors who are underweight the Company and develop a strategy to target those investors
Initiate discussion with sell side analysts to understand their points of view and demonstrate the confidence to confirm or challenge those viewpoints
Provide regular feedback and insight to executive management on investor sentiment, stock performance, and peer company comparison
Mainrequirements:
Bachelor or Masters degree out of a leading local or international university who has majored either in Finance/Economics or sciences would be an advantage
Outstanding analytical skills, detail-oriented, proactive and self-motivated
Ability to create and analyze financial models to analyze company performance relative to analyst and investor models and to effectively position the Company among its competitors
TMT/Entertainment/gaming industry experience
Capable to represent company in external communications, including strong written and verbal communication skills
At least 5-8 years of experience in IR role at public companies or equity research capacity at major brokerage houses
Fluency in both verbal and written English is required
