Responsibilities
  • To manage office administration on a day to day basis
  • To manage purchases of equipment, material and expendables for the office and its staff
  • To do any kind of bookings for travel and coordinate meetings for the top management and coordinate with travel agencies from time to time.
  • To coordinate documentation with lawyers, accountants and other outsourced agencies like payroll management
  • Translate any kind of documents between Russian and English
  • Filing of company and employee documents in a proper manner
  • Filing of office admin and entertainment expenses

Requirements
• Bachelors Degree
• Experience for a minimum of 4-5 years in a similar role
• Excellent skills in Excel & power Point
• Excellent English language
• Good negotiation skills
• Customer orientation
