Head of Investor Relations

Responsibilities:
· Contribute into Company’s running strategy and positioning evolvement
· Build effective communications with investment community
· Leading company’s capital markets initiatives, including ECM and DCM related transactions
· Develop company’s IR strategy
· Present the company on investor conferences, roadshows and site visits
· Manage equity research and analyst consensus
· Collect insights from investor communication and present them to management and board of directors
· Responsible for overseeing and managing quarterly earnings and conference calls and other occasional press releases
· Work with legal counsel to ensure compliance on regulatory matters
· Preparation of annual reports and other filing documents
· Support local equity and debt listings

Requirements:
· Bachelor or Masters degree out of a leading local or international university who has majored either in economics, finance or a related discipline
· At least 5 years of experience in investor relations / investment banking / equity sales or research
· Advanced oral & written English
· Deep understanding of financial reporting and corporate finance & valuation
· Great interpersonal and communication skills
· Strong commercial acumen
· Outstanding analytical skills, detail oriented, proactive and self-motivated
· Desire to work in tech industry
