Responsibilities: • Preparation of the company's development strategy • Preparation / digitization of the strategy for the development of new areas and the company as a whole • Search, analysis, digitization, and implementation of the strategy for the development of new products determined by the CEO • Building M&A deal pipeline for corporate development • In-house M&A and major transactions with equity financing • Managing work of junior team members
Requirements: • Bachelor’s or master’s degree out of a leading local or international university who has majored either in Finance/Economics/Technology or sciences • At least 7 years of experience in corporate finance and strategy (in -house M&A, IB or PE context) • Experience and skills in developing new business lines / products, experience in preparing and implementing development strategies • Experience in closing M&A transactions, conducting due diligence (with the involvement of consultants and internal resources of the company), business valuation, preparation of documentation (industrial or PE profile, not IB) • Experience in TMT sector • Experience in PE/VC funds (active participation in the development of portfolio investments) • Willingness to lead projects and at the same time be quite “hands on” • Proactive approach
