• Develop and implement advanced analytical methodologies to guide investment decisions and departmental operations.
• Build and manage a cohesive analytics team capable of supporting international projects.
• Foster inter-departmental collaboration to ensure coherence and efficiency in our investment strategies.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the family office owner, providing insights and recommendations on portfolio management and potential investment opportunities.
• Lead international initiatives, with a current focus on fintech, medtech, and the food industry.
• Drive the development and integration of the analytics function within the overall structure of the office.
Requirements
• MBA from top-tier business schools preferred
• Over 20 years of experience in investment and financial services, with substantial experience in portfolio management.
• Proven track record of managing international investment projects; experience in the Middle East, Asia, CIS, and Eastern Europe preferred.
• Significant experience working in family offices and investment funds.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, cross-cultural environment.

- We are seeking an experienced Global Investments Analytics Director to lead our investment-analytical management, applying academic approaches to structure effective departmental operations. This role involves crafting methodologies, overseeing the analytical framework, and ensuring all departments are aligned with our strategic goals. The successful candidate will act as a key partner to the owner and an advisor across our portfolio, spearheading our efforts in international markets.
