Responsibilities: • Maintaining workflow, document flow, agenda • Maintaining calendars, arranging meetings and appointments • Develop materials for the meetings and events as well as arrange follow up, including keeping minutes and correspondence • Making travel arrangements: travel assistance, hotel reservations, car rentals, etc. • Overall office administration • Helping with family arrangements and requests Requirements: • Higher education • Experienced Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant • Experience working in Financial Services ideally a international company • Excellent communication skills • Fluent English • Strong technical skills within the Microsoft packages • Team-player and efficient communicator
