M&A Analyst / Tech Company / Moscow office

Main responsibilities:
· Analyzing potential investment opportunities in Media, Mobility, Cloud, Geo, and e-Commerce
· Conducting market research and complex financial models including valuation (DCF and multiples)
· Preparing presentations for senior executives on M&A and other strategic initiatives
· Participating in technical, financial, tax, legal and HR due diligence processes
· Participating in support of post-completion integration
Main requirements:
· University degree in finance / economics / mathematics. Relevant postgraduate awards/certifications (would be a significant advantage)
· 2+ years of relevant experience with investment banking, corporate finance, private equity or venture capital firms
· Transaction experience in technology sector (would be a significant advantage)
· Fluent spoken and written English
· Strong analytical, research and communication skills
